Inverter Usage Precautions
News
1. Consistent DC Voltage: Each inverter has a specified DC input voltage value, such as 12V or 24V. The battery voltage must match the inverter's DC input voltage. For example, a 12V inverter requires a 12V battery.
2. Inverter Output Power: The inverter's output power must exceed the power consumption of the appliances, especially for appliances with high startup power, such as refrigerators and air conditioners. Allow for a larger margin of safety.
3. Correct Polarity Connection: The inverter's DC input voltage is marked with positive and negative terminals. Red is positive (+), and black is negative (-). The battery is also marked with positive (+) and negative (-). When connecting, connect positive to positive (red to red) and negative to negative (black to black). The connecting wires must be of sufficient diameter, and their length should be minimized.
4. Place in a well-ventilated, dry place, protected from rain, and keep at least 20cm away from surrounding objects. Keep away from flammable and explosive materials. Do not place or cover the machine with any other items. The ambient temperature should not exceed 40℃.
5. Charging and inversion cannot be performed simultaneously. That is, do not insert the charging plug into the inverter output electrical circuit while inverting.
6. The interval between two power-on cycles should be no less than 5 seconds (after disconnecting the input power).
7. Wipe the machine clean with a dry cloth or anti-static cloth.
8. Before connecting the machine's input and output, ensure the machine's casing is properly grounded.
9. To avoid accidents, users are strictly prohibited from opening the machine casing for operation or use.
10. If a malfunction is suspected, do not continue operation or use. Immediately disconnect the input and output and have it inspected and repaired by qualified maintenance personnel or a repair shop.
11. When connecting the battery, ensure there are no other metal objects on your hands to prevent short circuits and burns. 12. Operating Environment: For safety and performance considerations, the installation environment should meet the following conditions:
(1) Dry: Do not immerse in water or get rained on;
(2) Cool: Temperature between 0℃ and 40℃;
(3) Ventilated: Keep the area within 5CM of the casing free of foreign objects, and ensure good ventilation on other end faces.
